Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Sundays and Public Holidays: CLOSED
Please phone 9259 5559 during these hours to book an appointment. While our staff will endeavour to accommodate your preferred time, this may not always be possible and alternatives may be offered. This is particularly likely if you need to be seen at short notice.
Consultations average ten to fifteen minutes. If your appointment is likely to take longer than usual, please advise reception staff so we can allocate adequate time. While we try to avoid running late, complex medical problems, interuptions and medical emergencies may cause unavoidable delays. To decrease waiting, we advise patients to not arrive prior to their appointment time.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, the staff would appreciate you contacting us to cancel as soon as possible. Unfortunately, patients who fail to attend appointments without reasonable notice of cancellation (two hours) will incur a fee.
Emergencies
For assistance during normal opening hours, please phone the practice, or if urgent, an ambulance. If you present directly to the surgery, please alert the staff to the urgency/emergency. Please be aware a doctor may not be present at all times.
